Before you send the brief.
How long will my shoot take?
Share the image count, source files, editing scope and deadline so we can confirm capacity and turnaround before work starts. Complex retouching and revisions can affect the schedule.
Can I try Exalt before sending a full shoot?
Yes. Request a free sample with 2–3 images and finished style references. We email a private sample gallery for review and download; there is no commitment to place a paid order.
Can you match an existing editing style?
Yes. Reference images and clear notes can be used to establish a consistent finish for future projects.
Do you accept both RAW and JPEG files?
Yes. RAW files provide the greatest latitude, while well-exposed JPEG files can also be edited.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Project feedback remains attached to the order so requested refinements are clear and traceable.
