The Exalt workflow

From Shoot to Final Delivery Without the Back-and-Forth

A clear handover helps every shoot move forward. Keep source files, style direction and review notes together so the editor can focus on the finish you need.

Test Exalt on 2–3 Images

01 — Upload the shoot

Create a Portal project and upload your source files. Include RAW files, brackets or usable source images, the selected service, image count and required deadline. Confirm turnaround for the scope before relying on a delivery date.

02 — Add style references

Share finished examples that represent your usual work. Explain your preferences for white balance, contrast, window exposure and verticals. Flag any images that need special treatment.

03 — Edit to the agreed direction

We work from the supplied files and references, balancing light, colour and details across the set. Clear source selection helps avoid ambiguity about which exposures belong together.

04 — Review images in context

Check the complete shoot for consistency, then inspect individual frames. Leave image-specific feedback in the Portal so the note stays connected to the image being discussed.

05 — Calibrate the finish

Describe what should change and where: for example, “Reduce the blue cast on the rear wall; keep the timber warm.” Review the revised version against your references and confirm any change in scope.

06 — Deliver the finals

Download the finished files after review. For projects using client galleries, organise the selected images and your studio branding before sharing the delivery link.

The initial free sample has its own delivery path: we email a private gallery link for review and download. Paid project collaboration happens in the Portal.
